Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #50: “THE ADDAMS FAMILY”

Charles Addams is one my favourite illustrators and I’m very excited for the new animated movie for The Addams Family that’s coming out next October. I’ll probably make another poster sometime next year before the premiere.

Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #49: “HILDA”

I was very impressed by the new animated series Hilda, all the way from the writing to design/animation to the storytelling, that I wanted to pay tribute to it with an alternative poster.

This is another like Street Pilgrim that I'll probably do a couple variants at some point.

Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #48: “STREET PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD OF EVIL FIGHTERS”

This was a mashup poster idea I've had since probably early last year.  I'll probably do a couple variants at some point.  I really like how Ken and Guile/Ken and Kyle turned out.

Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #47: “INCREDIBLES 2”

A sequel to my own alternative art poster I did for The Incredibles back in 2016.  It's probably the most fun I had designing a poster since there were so many characters and elements to work with.

Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #46: “MISSION IMPOSSIBLE FALLOUT”

This poster actually felt like it was mission impossible for me as I started this on the Saturday the 21st and finished it in the early Thursday morning of the 26th, which is the premiere of the movie.  This poster features 6 Ethans, 1 Elsa and 1 infamous mustache.

Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #45: “PIRATES OF THE CARE BEAR-EAN”

I’ve had this idea for awhile and I finally got it done over this weekend. No Heart and Beastly from the original series make appearances. No Heart as the Kraken and Beastly as the ship’s figurehead.

Ken Turner - Alternative Art Poster #44: "TO INFINITY WAR AND HALF THE UNIVERSE BE GONE"

Here is my Alternative Art Poster #44: "TO INFINITY WAR AND HALF THE UNIVERSE BE GONE"

I've done mash-up title fonts before for my posters, but nothing that I felt could stand on its own quite like this one.

I hope you enjoy this one as much as I did making it.

Here is my Alternative Art Poster #43: "DUCKTALES FROM THE CRYPT"

I've had this one on my list since last year and I was able to knock it out in a weekend.  I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.

Musical March - Art Gallery : Time & Smile

These are the pieces I created for the art gallery that debuted at my work studio on Thursday.  Its entitled Musical March which combined art and music.  The objective for this gallery was to pick a song and create art that represents the song in an album cover size format.
